- To build up well-skilled and serving creative nurses ensuring qualitative standard of proper nursing service
- To assist in the field of health service and economic development through their employment in home and abroad
- To make skilled manpower for giving nursing service of international level consistent with developed world’s demand
- To maintain nursing curriculum of high standard in private sector
- To take steps for nursing all national nursing education activities to aim at developing the standard quality of non-government nursing education activities
- To build up skilled and qualify nurses in private sector alongside the government to ensure right and scientific treatment service to the common people in the country of 160 million people
- To make skilled and qualify nurses with a view to implementing the aim “Health for all”
